Coaching young people provides a special opportunity to mould the future of the game of hockey, but more importantly the future generation. Being part of a team is one of the most impactful things that people can be a part of. I believe in creating a family like culture, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, included and unafraid to make a mistake.

We are all students of the game in that hockey is meant to be played in a quick, aggressive and cohesive way. I am passionate about doing my part in each player leaving better than when they came, both on the ice and out in the world. The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.
