Coaching is about building relationships through trust, vulnerability, and accountability. The goal every season is to have sustained success, and to me, success is putting players in a better situation than they came into the season with, not just through wins and losses. This includes developing players with the tools on the ice to advance to the next level, whether AA, AAA, Junior, etc.

To build players into better hockey players on the ice and great humans off the ice, setting them up for success away from the rink.
