We invite all Edmonton area Junior players, Minor Hockey players, friends, families wishing to honor the Humboldt Broncos and all those impacted by the tragic event of April 6, 2018 that cruelly took the lives of young players, coaches, team staff and the team bus driver to an informal vigil and open skate at CAC Arena. We hope that this small gesture can help those that are struggling with this tragedy and/or that would like to honor those impacted by it.

anyone wishing to contribute even if they do not skate. All proceeds will go to the Humboldt
Broncos.

There will be opportunity for anyone wishing to voice their memories of the players and staff,
the Broncos organization or anyone involved with the tragedy, or to express their condolences to
those impacted and their families and friends.

This is an informal event, people who wish to come together to comfort each other and honor
the Broncos are encouraged to attend for as long or short of a time as they wish. The hockey community is one big family and we have all been impacted by this tragedy in so many ways. Many
people from Edmonton and surrounding area know and played with/against some of the Broncos players and staff.

The Broncos roster includes players from the Edmonton area and all over the western provinces. Even those that don’t personally know the deceased or survivors have been touched by this tragedy. When we watch our children and friends get on the bus to go their game, we never expect them not to return. We grieve for the precious lives lost and their loved ones and pray for the recovery of the injured. Please join us to comfort each other and honor the Humboldt Broncos.
