Edmonton Oil Kings sign Luke Powell The Edmonton Oil Kings have signed 2007-born forward Luke Powell to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement, the team announced on March 23, 2023. Luke, 15, was the Oil Kings fourth-round selection, 75th overall, at the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft from the SSAC U15 AAA Southgate Lions.
